The What To Do When Someone Dies checklist tells them what to do. This tells them how, and what to say, in the same four stages and the same order things actually happen.

Everything in the checklist, plus:

• 23 short videos for each step (less than 4 minutes each)
• What to say on every call, word for word
• Templates and Scripts: the letters, the scripts, and the pages to fill in
• Support for going back to work, their clothes, the anniversaries
• 12 months access, from the day they accept the gift

How the gift works

• Choose Send as a gift and add their name and email.
• Write your own words in the message box. If it's left blank, a generic "Hope you enjoy this gift!" is sent instead.
• Send it now, or pick a date. Scheduled gifts are sent overnight Australian time, so choose the day before you'd like it to arrive.
• They'll get an email to accept the gift, then everything is waiting in their account.
